TTB Hydro’s was formed over ten years ago, originally trading in Bonsai on the Northampton Market, we sold many Bonsai and quite a few different nutrients. An old friend had asked me for a particular type of plant nutrient, we was tired of travelling to the nearest trader in order to get hold of the product.

We researched into it and found the product for him along with some different substrates and electrical equipment. We ordered more of the products, put them on display and within a week it was all gone! So, from Bonsai we went into Hydroponics’ retail, that was some eight years ago and with the support of a customer base we were able to make the switch over and continue to grow!

We offer good information on good growing techniques in layman terms which, is very important to us not to confuse the customer but to sell you what will work with the space you have…thus, we may even save you money instead of roping you into buying unnecessary products. Although many of our customers know exactly what they want, listening to our customers is something we find is paramount.

The hydroponics industry continues to grow, more so now than in the past, right across the spectrum of husbandry and without a doubt will accelerate as time goes on. With this in mind we try to constantly bring the cutting edge of husbandry to our customer base.

We are pleasantly surprised by the amount of new customers that are attracted to hydroponics.
